    As an experienced Program Director, Court Liaison you will support our growing needs for case management services. You’ll lead an integrated, direct care team charged with empowering children and families to find and build upon their strengths, to rise above the challenges and circumstances they face, and to open doors to new opportunities. Our end goal? To help create permanent, stable, and safe home environments for all of Florida's kids.

    Responsibilities

    YOU WILL:

    • Implement, coordinate and supervise a group of direct service programs.  
    • Oversee that the programs meet all CHS licensing, contractual and quality assurance standards and requirements.
    • Direct contract and grant renewal process for programs.
    • Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with relevant community agencies.
    • Develop and implement new direct service programs and identify grants and other funding sources; participate in fund-raising and grant writing activities as needed.
    • Develop and regularly monitor annual program budget.
    • Provide clinical consultation to program staff; oversee that program costs do not exceed budgetary constraints.
    • Oversee staff receives adequate orientation and professional training.
    • Coordinate and participate in the quality improvement process.
    • Serve as member of the Division's Management Team.
    • Perform supervisory responsibilities specified in COA Standard TS 3:
      • Delegate and oversee work assignments so that service delivery is performed according to the organization's mission, policies and procedures and service philosophy
      • Provide case consultation and in-service training, as appropriate
      • Identify unmet training needs
      • Conduct performance evaluations
      • Support and enhance staff's ability to perform their jobs by teaching and modeling technical knowledge and skills, work management and communication skills and conflict management skills.

    Qualifications

    YOU HAVE:

    • Working knowledge of the Human Services field
    • Strong organizational skills and a tireless focus on quality results
    • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills that allow you to work well with diverse teams, clients and families
    • Resiliency, with a propensity to persevere in spite of constant change
    • A sincere passion for helping others in need

    YOU NEED:

    • Master's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field
    • Juris Doctorate and Dependency Litigation experience highly preferred
    • Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a social welfare or health care agency
    • Must be able to work flexible hours
    • Minimum of one year of program management experience
    • Florida Driver’s License within 30 days from hire
