    As a Licensed Clinical Program Manager you will manage and develop a clinical program and/or team. This is an excellent opportunity for a focused and dedicated social services professional who has a passion for leadership and thrives in a fast-paced, never-the-same work environment.

    • Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day operations of a group of direct service clinical teams
    • Provide daily, weekly, and/or monthly clinical supervision to program staff as required by contract.
    • Monitor that the billing and delivery of services provided are consistent with guidelines set by Medicaid and/or other funders.
    • Oversee that areas of responsibility meet all CHS licensing, contractual and quality assurance standards and requirements.
    • Assist with managing the contract and grant renewal process.
    • Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with relevant community agencies.
    • Assist in developing annual budget.
    • Provide detail clinical consultation to program staff on the development of protocols for clinical practice.
    • Monitor revenue and expenses; develop and implement corrective action plans as necessary.
    • Participate, as directed, in Division and/or Statewide workgroups.
    • Participate in the quality management process.
    • Perform supervisory responsibilities:
      • Delegate and oversee work assignments so that service delivery is performed according to the organization's mission, policies and procedures and service philosophy
      • Provide case consultation and in-service training, as appropriate
      • Identify unmet training needs
      • Conduct performance evaluations
      • Support and enhance staff's ability to perform their jobs by teaching and modeling technical knowledge and skills, work management and communication skills and conflict management skills.


    YOU HAVE: 

    • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to make home visits/travel
    • Ability to learn computer skills sufficient to perform all essential functions
    • Ability to be sensitive to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics
    • Commitment to effective and efficiently providing customer satisfaction with positive service delivery results
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a diverse environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to analyze and condense information



    • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field
    • Professional Florida license in Mental Health (LMHC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy ( LMFT ) or Psychology
    • Three years post-Master’s degree experience, preferably in a related program or service delivery system
    • Two years of supervisory experience in a clinical environment within a sociaL  welfare or health care agency
    • Must apply for and maintain a Florida Medicaid Number through the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration
    • Experience billing for Medicaid funded services preferred
