     We’re seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to support our growing needs for case management services. You’ll lead an integrated, direct care team charged with empowering children and families to find and build upon their strengths, to rise above the challenges and circumstances they face, and to open doors to new opportunities.     • Supervise program staff including regular individual and group staff meetings and case consultation; oversee proper client to staff ratio.
    • Approve admission of clients to program; assign cases to program staff and oversee service delivery.
    • Provide support with in-crisis or problem cases; provide on-going assistance to program staff in coordinating services for clients.
    • Review and monitor case files for both internal and external quality assurance standards.
    • Oversee services provided comply with contractual requirements.
    • Liaison to community agencies such as Dept. of Children and Families, Department of Juvenile Justice, etc. and attend closure or conference staffing.
    • Oversee program staff completes all documentation and reports in a professional and timely manner.
    • Assist in grant writing, contract negotiating or re-accreditation preparation.
    • Maintain and generate necessary reports and paperwork in a timely manner.
    • Provide direct case work in the absence of program staff.
    • Provide BHOS services including group counseling, individual counseling, social skills training and documentation.
    • Participate in treatment team meetings.
    • Oversee BHOS services are provided as part of the facility's daily programming.
    • Participate in four hours per month of supervision by a licensed clinician.
    • Maintain appropriate documentation of all BHOS services.
    • Perform supervisory responsibilities specified in COA Standard TS 3:
      • Delegate and oversee work assignments so that service delivery is performed according to the organization's mission, policies and procedures and service philosophy
      • provide case consultation and in-service training, as appropriate
      • identify unmet training needs
      • conduct performance evaluations
      • support and enhance staff's ability to perform their jobs by teaching and modeling technical knowledge and skills, work management and communication skills and conflict management skills



    • Working knowledge of the case management field

    • Medicaid Related Programs:
        • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a comparable human service field and
        • Minimum of five years experience working with children and families, preferably in a Medicaid related setting
          • OR
        • Master’s degree in Social Work or a comparable human service field and
        • Minimum of three years experience working with children and families, preferably in a Medicaid related setting
    • All Other Programs:
      • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a comparable human service field
      • Minimum of three years experience working with children and families, preferably in the type of program that the Program Supervisor will be overseeing
    • Please see COA (Council on Accreditation) standards for specific skills and knowledge that pertain to the program in which the employee is working.
    • Florida Driver’s License within 30 days from hire
